Support and optimize HRIS systems, manage data integrity, and generate reports to support HR operations.
Minimum 3-6 years of HRIS or related experience, with strong analytical skills and familiarity with HR systems, preferably Ceridian Dayforce.
The HRIS Analyst will play a key role in building the HR technology and data foundation for a newly independent, private equity–backed company during a critical carve-out phase. As an early HR team hire, this role will support the implementation, administration, and optimization of Ceridian Dayforce, ensuring accurate HR data, efficient workflows, and strong reporting capabilities. This position partners closely with the Payroll & Benefits Manager and cross-functional teams to support HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and an effective employee and manager digital experience. Key Responsibilities • Serve as HRIS subject matter expert for Dayforce implementation, configuration, and ongoing support • Support data conversion, validation, UAT, and parallel payroll testing • Maintain employee, job, compensation, and organizational data with strong data integrity controls • Administer HRIS workflows for onboarding, job changes, promotions, and terminations • Manage system security roles and access controls • Develop and deliver recurring and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analytics • Troubleshoot system issues and support upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend system-based improvements • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors to align system functionality • Support HR operations and employee inquiries related to HR systems and self-service tools Required Qualifications • 3–6 years of HRIS, HR operations, or technical HR experience • Hands-on experience with HR data management, reporting, and systems troubleshooting • Ceridian Dayforce experience strongly preferred • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred) • HR technology or analytics certifications (e.g., HRIP, SHRM-CP) a plus.
