The Quality Inspector - Operations ensures compliance with established quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include conducting inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and final product verification. The inspector is also tasked with maintaining accurate records, identifying non-conformities, and assisting in corrective action processes. Requirements • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with technical training in quality assurance or related fields preferred. • 2+ years of experience in quality inspection within a regulated manufacturing environment. • Knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies, including familiarity with ISO, FDA, or other relevant standards. • Ability to use measuring tools and test equipment effectively. • Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to inspecting products. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement. • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and quality standards. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety regulations and quality processes.
