You’ll drive end-to-end program delivery, re-engineer processes, and establish controls that sustain change across Finance, M&A, IT, and other partners. Work model: Remote, with a preference for alignment to Pacific Time. This is a contract role covering a leave of absence through May 11, 2026. Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team • Design, develop and deploy cross-functional operational improvement initiatives. • Drive end-to-end program and project management aligned to best-in-class industry standards. • Partner with Finance, M&A, IT and other functions to envision and deliver high-quality business solutions. • Map and re-engineer business processes to keep operations lean and streamlined. • Identify and set up process/system controls to sustain implemented changes and solutions. • Collaborate on and manage workstreams in large-scale business transformation programs. • Influence and drive key project decisions. Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required). • 6–8 years of progressive experience including Business Strategy, M&A Integrations, Consulting, or Customer Experience functions. • 3–5 years of demonstrated success leading/driving business transformation, operational excellence, or process engineering projects. • Strong ability to translate organizational strategy into functional and operational improvements. • Proficiency with operational data analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques. • Ability to build compelling business cases and partner with leadership on prioritization. • Demonstrated adaptability in rapidly changing environments; strong change management and follow-through. • Ability to dissect, collaborate, and delegate to solve complex business problems; focus on quick wins and long-term value. • Influential communication skills to convey operating models and designs; ability to influence across levels and teams. • Maturity to handle ambiguity and switch between strategic and tactical work as needed. • Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies.
