NextBridge Search is seeking a VP of Partnerships and Business Development to lead market and partner development initiatives that drive adoption of their products. This role requires deep experience in the payments vertical and involves building scalable partner-driven growth and expanding integrations within the payments and fintech ecosystem. Responsibilities • Drive adoption of their payment and recovery products through innovative partnership models within the payments ecosystem • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance product capabilities • Develop and execute strategies that expand presence across payments and fintech markets • Generate pipeline through developing agreements and maintaining strong partner relationships • Focus on partners across key segments, including PSPs, gateways, processors, ecommerce and subscription platforms, consultants, and related payments-focused ecosystems • Build and manage a 1-to-many sales strategy that leverages partners and their merchant bases to adopt products • Lead development of integrations with platforms that provide access to relevant merchants • Ensure integrations enable seamless onboarding and adoption of the solutions they offer • Partner with internal teams to support successful implementation and ongoing partner performance • Maintain deep knowledge of payments trends, regulations, and emerging technologies • Provide payments market insight to inform partnership strategy and product direction Skills • Required background and experience in the payments vertical • Proven experience developing and scaling partnerships within the payments sector • Existing relationships across the payments ecosystem, including gateways, processors, and PSPs • Strong understanding of partner-driven growth models and indirect sales strategies in payments • Ability to structure and execute strategic agreements that drive pipeline and product adoption • Deep familiarity with payments regulations, technology, and market dynamics Company Overview • NextBridge offers executive search and strategic advisory services for our Enterprise Software clients.
