We're hiring energetic, reliable Dock Hands for the 2026 season (May–September) at Diversey Harbor in Chicago. If you love being outdoors, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this is the perfect opportunity—great for students or anyone looking for a rewarding summer position. What You’ll Do • Greet renters with a positive, welcoming attitude • Provide clear safety briefings and jet ski operation instructions • Assist with launching, docking, and securing jet skis • Clean and refuel the fleet • Keep the dock area organized, clean, and safe • Assist with social media content • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly • Follow all company safety protocols and procedures • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team What We’re Looking For • Weekend and holiday availability required • Comfortable with long shifts (10–12 hours) during peak season • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask in a busy outdoor environment • Boating or jet ski experience is a plus, but not required (we train!)
