Full Description

Oracle Cloud Managed Services Delivery Manager required by Next Ventures to lead Oracle Cloud implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support while managing strong client relationships for a small but growing Oracle partner! This role will combine project delivery leadership with a hands-on contribution and pre-sales support. We are not looking for a project manager, we are looking for someone who has worked in a managed service capacity previously, ideally within a consultancy or system integrator. Essential Experience: • Extensive experience working with Oracle Cloud – on implementations, upgrades and BAU support – in a managed service capacity • Experience across Oracle Cloud Applications such as Financials, SCM or HCM • Step in as hands on when needed, in either a functional or technical capacity • Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and distributed teams • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills What You’ll Do: Delivery Management: • Lead Oracle Cloud implementation, upgrade, and support projects, including enhancements and issue resolution • Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource utilization • Act as the primary client contact and escalation point for risks and issues • Liaise between the cross functional teams Presales & Solutioning: • Support pre-sales through proposal development, RFP responses, and solution design • Create SOW, estimates, and pricing as needed • Identify new opportunities within existing client accounts • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients
