Job Description: A Salesforce Program Manager for Sales and Service in the pharmaceutical industry leads strategic Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to deliver measurable business value, optimize CRM adoption, and enhance customer engagement within regulated environments like pharma. Role Summary: The Salesforce Program Manager oversees multi-stream Salesforce programs integrating Sales and Service Cloud capabilities across commercial operations in the pharma sector. They align business goals with Salesforce-driven solutions, manage implementation partners, and enforce compliance with healthcare data and regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Salesforce program management for Sales and Service Clouds, focusing on sales digitization, field force enablement, and omnichannel service delivery. Partner with commercial, marketing, and medical affairs teams to define CRM strategies tailored for pharmaceutical operations. Oversee design and implementation of key Salesforce features, such as Lead-to-Order processes, Case Management, and Knowledge Base, leveraging Lightning Console, Live Agent, and Einstein Analytics. Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations (HIPAA, GxP, GDPR) Collaborate with business stakeholders to design scalable solutions that reduce operational friction and improve engagement metrics. Drive adoption and continuous improvement through training, best practices, and performance analytics across sales and service organizations.
