Your expertise will guide federal agencies in solving complex challenges while positioning Next Phase Solutions as a trusted advisor and solution provider. What You'll Do: - You will lead key business development initiatives targeting federal civilian agencies. - You will build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with federal clients. - You will provide expert technical and programmatic guidance to support client needs. - You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client challenges. - You will identify new opportunities for growth within the federal civilian market. - You will represent the company at industry events and client meetings. - You will contribute to proposal development and contract negotiations. - You will monitor market trends and provide insights to inform strategic planning. What You Bring: - You have 7+ years of experience in federal government program management or technical roles. - You possess deep knowledge of the Federal Civilian market and its procurement processes. - You have proven success in building and managing client relationships. - You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You have experience with business development and proposal writing. - You hold a relevant bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working directly with federal agencies such as DHS, GSA, or DoD. - Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations and contract vehicles. - Technical background in IT, cybersecurity, or systems engineering. - Established network within the federal civilian market.
