What You'll Do: - You will lead key business development initiatives targeting federal civilian agencies. - You will build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with federal clients. - You will provide technical and programmatic expertise to support proposal development and project execution. - You will collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and market trends. - You will identify new opportunities and contribute to growth strategies. - You will represent the company at industry events and client meetings. - You will monitor federal market developments to inform business strategies. - You will mentor junior staff and share knowledge to enhance team capabilities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in federal government program management or technical roles. - Proven track record in business development and client relationship management within the Federal Civilian market. - Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and regulations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-focused solutions. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Prior experience with federal IT modernization or digital transformation projects. - Security clearance or eligibility to obtain one. - Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Business, Public Administration, or Technology. - Familiarity with federal budgeting and appropriations processes.
