Your expertise will guide agencies in solving complex challenges while positioning Next Phase Solutions as a trusted partner in the federal space. What You'll Do: - You will lead key business development initiatives targeting federal civilian agencies. - You will build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with federal clients. - You will provide expert technical and programmatic guidance to support client needs. - You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for federal agencies. - You will identify new opportunities and market trends within the federal civilian sector. - You will represent the company at industry events and client meetings. - You will contribute to proposal development and contract negotiations. - You will ensure client satisfaction through ongoing engagement and support. What You Bring: - You have 7+ years of experience in federal civilian market business development or program management. - You possess deep knowledge of federal agency operations and procurement processes. - You have strong technical expertise relevant to federal programs and solutions. - You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You have a proven track record of building and sustaining client relationships. - You are adept at strategic thinking and problem-solving in complex environments.
