This position is ideal for software engineers seeking flexible, part-time work during the proposal phase, contributing to the development and refinement of software solutions that meet federal requirements. What You'll Do: - You will develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient software solutions. - You will assist in the preparation and review of technical proposal content related to software development. - You will troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues promptly. - You will participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. - You will contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team. - You will stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in full stack development. - You are proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one back-end language such as Python, Java, or C#. - You have experience with modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. - You understand RESTful API design and integration. - You have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication skills and can work effectively in a hybrid team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working on federal government projects or proposals. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with Agile development methodologies.
