Next Level Energy Management Systems is a minority-owned contractor specializing in building automation systems and controls. The Project Executive will develop, sell, oversee, and manage various building automation projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Responsibilities • Developing project plans • Coordinating with stakeholders • Managing budgets and resources • Ensuring regulatory compliance • Addressing any project challenges • Guiding project teams • Maintaining client relationships • Ensuring that projects align with organizational goals for energy efficiency and sustainability Skills • Sales, project development, and customer resource experience • Project Management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and project execution • Experience in Building Automation Systems, Controls, and Energy Management • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Proficiency in relevant project management tools and building automation software • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy efficiency standards in building systems • Experience managing large-scale projects, particularly within the building automation industry Company Overview • Next Level Energy Management Systems is a (SBE/MBE) minority-owned building automation systems & controls contractor.
