Full Description

We are seeking an experienced eB / ALIM Systems Analyst to support and maintain an established content management system used within a large-scale engineering and infrastructure environment. This individual will collaborate closely with internal SMEs to document existing processes, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and assist in ongoing system configuration and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Bentley Systems eB / AssetWise ALIM platform, along with the ability to manage configurations, support integrations, and drive documentation for long-term system sustainability. Key Responsibilities: • Support, maintain, and configure the Bentley eB / ALIM content management system. • Document existing business processes, workflows, and configurations in collaboration with SMEs. • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the eB / ALIM platform. • Review and enhance existing configurations; create new ones as needed to support evolving business needs. • Assist in system troubleshooting, updates, and technical maintenance. • Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless integration between eB / ALIM, SAP, and Infor systems. • Contribute to process standardization and best practices for engineering and document management. Required Skills and Experience: • 5+ years of experience working with Bentley eB or AssetWise ALIM (Asset Lifecycle Information Management). • Proven experience in system configuration, administration, and maintenance of eB / ALIM. • Hands-on experience creating and managing SOPs or process documentation. • Understanding of content management systems (CMS) and engineering document control workflows. • Familiarity with SAP, Infor, or other enterprise system integrations is a plus. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with technical and functional teams. Employment Details: • Contract Type: Contract to full time hire in 6 months. • Work Environment: 100% Remote U.S. based candidates only. • Compensation: $75/hr W2 + benefits (depending on experience and employment type).
