Full Description

We are a SOC 2–compliant Managed IT Services and Technology company supporting multiple customers across the United States. We are hiring a senior-level IT Project Engineer to work full-time (40 hrs/week) executing complex Microsoft 365 and Azure projects for our customers. This is not a helpdesk role and not a junior sysadmin position. This role requires daily hands-on work in real production environments and ownership of outcomes. Work Schedule (Required) 40 hours per week Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM PST Occasional overtime during project deadlines Must be consistently available during US business hours Security & Compliance (Non-Negotiable) Because we are a SOC 2 organization, you must: Follow strict security and operational policies Use secure, dedicated devices and work environments Pass a background check Sign NDA, confidentiality, and data handling agreements Maintain strict customer confidentiality No subcontracting or credential sharing under any circumstances What You’ll Be Doing You will work on complex IT projects, including: Microsoft 365 tenant administration and architecture Azure administration (compute, networking, storage) Entra ID / Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access M365 migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) Identity, access, and security configurations Hybrid and cloud infrastructure projects Documentation and project handoffs Supporting multiple customer environments simultaneously You are expected to think independently, execute complex tasks, and communicate clearly — not wait for step-by-step instructions. Required Experience 7+ years professional IT experience Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Experience working in MSP or multi-customer environments Comfortable handling complex daily technical work Excellent spoken and written English Strong plus (not required): Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305) ITIL, VMware, Cisco experience Security-focused or regulated environment experience Work Environment Requirements Reliable high-speed internet (wired preferred) Dedicated home office or professional workspace Stable power and connectivity Professional-grade workstation MANDATORY: LOOM VIDEO REQUIRED Applications without a Loom video will NOT be reviewed.
