Functional Consultant - Oracle Fusion HCM CLOUD PAYROLL IMPELMENTATION SPECALISTREMOTEMin - 15+ IT Exp THIS IS.A FUNCATIONAL ROLESHOULD HAVE US-PAYROLL EXP, BENEFITS, ADVANCE BENEFITS, TIME & LABOR MODULE EXP KEY SKILLS: Should have 10 – 15 Years of total experience & 7+ Years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Application.5+ years of experience leading & delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, to include experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle such as requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, and testing2+ years of experience leading configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud Absence module, including running Absence compare cyclesExperience with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud Absence implementations as an implementation lead or key configuratorAbility to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Expertise on functional requirement gathering skills, analysis, fit gap, solutions, Fusion HCM Configurations, workaroundsIn-depth understanding of delivered Integration methodologies and interfaces - HDL, Web services, PaaS Integrations, 3rd Party Integrations.Expertise on Fast Formulae, Personalizations, Data Extracts, BIP Reports, Dashboards, HDL, Extracts, Redwood enablement.In-depth understanding of - History Data Conversion, History Data Loading/migrationShould have experience in preparing Business Requirements, Process Flows, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents, SOPShould have experience in writing test cases/scripts/scenarios covering end to end business process.Should be knowledgeable in using Test Management Tools, Change Management tools and other project management tools
