About the Role A fast-growing 3PL and distribution facility in Ohio is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and product flow in a high-volume environment. This role requires a bilingual professional (English–Spanish) with strong leadership abilities and a proven background in inventory control and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily inventory operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. • Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff; build a strong, collaborative team culture. • Monitor inventory levels, cycle counts, stock adjustments, and reconciliations. • Implement and improve inventory control processes to reduce errors and increase productivity. • Communicate effectively with management, supervisors, and cross-functional teams. • Support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities as needed. • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines. • Operate warehouse equipment and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Qualifications • Bilingual: English & Spanish (Required). • Proven experience in inventory management within a high-volume 3PL environment. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate teams. • Solid knowledge of inventory control systems, processes, and reporting. • Understanding of OSHA basics and warehouse safety standards. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines. • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.
