What You'll Be Doing: Be the First Line of Support Answer incoming calls from customers and installers, providing expert guidance on operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation support. Deliver Top-Notch Customer Experience Promote and maintain positive customer relations by offering clear, friendly, and professional assistance at all times. Guide and Troubleshoot Like a Pro Provide over-the-phone troubleshooting and repair support to customers and installers, ensuring smooth resolutions. Teach and Train Instruct installers and customers on proper equipment installation, operation, and maintenance, ensuring they fully understand their responsibilities. Problem-Solve Efficiently Administer service programs to resolve technical issues and provide long-term solutions. Coordinate On-Site Support Dispatch installers for hands-on service when issues go beyond phone troubleshooting. Keep Everything Organized Prepare and maintain daily logs and records, ensuring service calls, issues, and resolutions are well-documented. Help Improve Our Products Identify recurring issues and recommend product improvements based on customer feedback and troubleshooting experiences. Training is provided Well ensure you have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in this role! What We are Looking For: Experience in Customer or Technical Support Prior experience in a call center or technical support environment is a plus. Technical Aptitude You are comfortable troubleshooting software, hardware, or technical products and can explain solutions in a clear, easy-to-understand way. Strong Communication Skills You can simplify technical jargon and maintain a professional, friendly tone with customers. Problem-Solving Mindset You can think critically and find effective solutions while keeping a calm, composed approach.
