You will: • Manage your own book of business • Prospect and secure new shipper relationships • Negotiate rates and margins • Source and vet carrier capacity • Oversee shipments from dispatch through delivery • Proactively resolve transportation challenges • Maintain high standards of communication and service This is not an entry-level role.
