Customer Success Representative Responsibilities Include: • Assisting customers with understanding their wireless needs and offering tailored sales solutions • Promote the latest wireless products, plans, and services during customer outreach to drive sales and account acquisitions • Developing customer relationships to increase brand loyalty and repeat business • Gain a comprehensive understanding of products and services knowledge • Assisting customers with account management, troubleshooting, and resolving service-related issues • Help customers port their numbers over when needed or assist them in connecting with quality control services • Process transactions and maintaining accurate sales records • Providing valuable insights and feedback to help improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction Customer Success Representative Qualifications: • Experience prior in a retail, sales role, customer service or customer focused position • Ability to educate and engage with customers • Focus on understanding and meeting customer needs • Proactive and adaptable attitude • Exhibit time management skills • A natural ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with others Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road
