What You’ll Do: As a FinTech Operations Analyst, you will: * Be a go-to resource for product and service inquiries from business partners. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships, supporting team members and enhancing the overall customer experience. * Collaborate with carriers to resolve inquiries and urgent issues for internal and external stakeholders. * Reconcile financial transactions, investigate discrepancies, and process refunds with proper documentation. * Stay current on partner processes, systems, and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery. What We’re Looking For: * Experience in financial operations or a related field. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Ability to work across multiple software platforms and engage with partners via phone, email, and video. * A proactive, detail-oriented mindset passionate about solving problems and supporting customers. Key Responsibilities: * Act as an access point for business partner product and service inquiries. * Demonstrate experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines despite frequent interruptions. * Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments to meet all customer needs and team service objectives. * Demonstrate the ability to handle large service requests accurately and efficiently with close attention to detail. * Follow up and resolve inquiries and issues under our service standards. * Maintain customer relationships and information; assist team members as needed and aid in other areas to allow the customer connection to grow. * Maintain detailed files and records for documentation. * Manage incoming inquiries, provide a prompt solution or problem solve, and follow up with a resolution based on our quality standards. * Partner with carriers to assist internal and external customers with inquiries and urgent issues. * Provide professional, courteous, and proactive service and communications. * Reconcile balances to ensure proper payments have been received and tendered; investigate and resolve anomalies, including executing refunds to various parties and maintaining supporting documentation. * Resolve account discrepancies for carriers and employers/employees. * Sustain a current and thorough knowledge of all aspects of business partner processes, procedures, and systems. * Understand when to use available resources, systems, and contacts internally and externally. * Willingness to work with a variety of software systems and programs. Proactively engage with partners through phone, email, video calls, etc. * Support other functions as assigned. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution preferred. * Three to five years of financial operations experience preferred, including: * Account/bank reconciliation * ACH operations/money movement * Billing * Case Management * Collections * Financial audits This position does not require travel.
