Location New York, New York Shift: Day (United States of America) Description: Senior Financial Analyst (Data) - Decision Support (4 days in office and 1 day remote) Step into the mission-critical and growing Decision Support department. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary finance team to analyze and optimize the data integrity processes for the NYP Enterprise. Under the guidance of a designated Data Manager, assume responsibility for maintaining the data integrity of Strata (the hospital's cost accounting system) by performing regular data checks for all facilities (e.g., daily/weekly KPI trends), and documenting changes to data structures and process flows. Primary responsibilities include routine database maintenance and troubleshooting, testing/analyzing/ implementing Strata system upgrade/modifications, compiling/maintaining system and user data documentation. Preferred Criteria Proficient in Strata/EPSi, EPIC, Lawson Proven proficiency in cost accounting design/methodology and previous experience in healthcare preferred but not required Knowledgeable in maintaining health care decision support systems or SQL databases Required Criteria Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related discipline Minimum of 3 years of related experience Strong data and analytical skills.
