Customer Relations Admin (Remote – Brazil) U.S. Citizen Required | SSN Required DRH Insurance Group Position Description We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Relations Admin to support our Customer Relations Team and Manager at DRH Insurance Group. This role plays an important part in keeping daily operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive timely, high-quality service. This is a fully remote position. Candidates based in Brazil are preferred, but not required. Key Responsibilities • Assist with incoming and outgoing customer calls • Support the Customer Relations Team with daily tasks and operational needs • Help prepare and maintain reports as assigned • Assist with managing and organizing the Customer Relations Manager’s email inbox • Generate leads and support efforts to increase Google reviews Requirements • U.S. citizenship is required • Must have a valid Social Security Number (SSN) • Based in Brazil is preferred. • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) • Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required • Reliable internet connection suitable for consistent daily work • Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CST • Professional, dependable, and able to work well with a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 per month Benefits: • Work from home Work Location: Remote
