Position Overview: In addition to managing a variety of administrative duties, the remote customer administration representative is in charge of delivering outstanding customer service. This position entails helping clients by promptly and effectively answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and fixing problems. By ensuring an exceptional client experience, your contributions will promote customer retention and positive service engagement. Principal Duties: Customer service: Respond to consumer questions in a courteous and professional way by phone, email, chat, or social media. Give concise details on the policies, programs, and services offered by Newton County Schools. Make sure every customer has a satisfying experience by interacting with them in a friendly and positive manner. Resolving Issues: Effectively identify and address client concerns by providing precise answers along with detailed instructions. When required, escalate complicated problems to the appropriate management for a speedy resolution. Follow up with customers to confirm that their issues have been fully addressed and resolved. Administrative Assistance: For ongoing development, keep thorough records of all communications with customers, grievances, and comments. In CRM systems, update customer accounts and precisely record resolutions. Monitor client feedback to spot trends and collaborate with the team to enhance procedures and services. Product Support & Knowledge: Keep abreast with Newton County Schools' rules, services, and programs to guarantee that clients are given accurate and updated information. To promote process enhancements and raise customer satisfaction, share insights from frequently asked consumer questions. Retaining Customers: By attending to their demands and providing specialized solutions that improve their experience, concentrate on keeping consumers. Develop enduring relationships with your clients by earning their confidence and consistently delivering outstanding service. Teamwork: Collaborate closely with internal departments (such as Technical Support, Admissions, etc.) to guarantee that client concerns are handled efficiently. To improve service standards, take part in team meetings, training sessions, and cross-departmental cooperation. Requirements: A high school degree or its equivalent is necessary. Citizenship, residency or work visa required. Excellent verbal and writing communication abilities, as well as the capacity to handle private material discreetly. Excellent organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask in a hectic setting.
