What You Bring: - You have 2+ years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role. - You possess strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. - You are proficient with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar. - You have a solid understanding of email analytics and A/B testing. - You are self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization. - Knowledge of CRM systems and integration with email marketing. - Background in lifestyle or community-focused marketing. - Familiarity with GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance.
