What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles. - Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar. - Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive marketing decisions. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization. - Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. - Passion for lifestyle branding and community engagement.
