We are dedicated to supplying medical professionals with new solutions and improving patients' quality of life Responsibilities: • Coordinate with internal commercial and operations teams to align procurement activities with company goals and objectives. • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, including negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts. • Oversee the performance of existing suppliers and implement improvement plans as needed. • Identify and qualify new suppliers to ensure a robust and reliable supply chain. • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and market suppliers to identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements. • Prepare reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and market conditions. • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities. • Experience & Skill Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience, exposure to medical device, personal care, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision. • Familiarity with QuickBooks, ERP systems and procurement software, a plus.
