Job Description We are recruiting a Business Development/Growth intern for our New York headquarters to assist management with new business growth (lead generation and account based sales). We seek candidates from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and academic fields such as marketing, tech, finance, etc. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Deal sourcing through account-based outbound activities (e.g., cold calls, email outreach) Crafting sales pitch and research materials Maintain deal pipeline through ongoing relationship management. Support the sales team with live deals, inside sales, and top of funnel Skills: Excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. Scrappy, leveraging Al to drive outsized productivity. Understands 80/20 thinking; makes smart, practical decisions to move quickly above all else Education and Experience: Who This Is For Previous experience or internships in Finance (VC, IB, PE, Consulting, etc) or tech startups preferred. Ideal candidates Include: Interested in venture capital, private equity, or startup leadership Curious how high-growth consumer companies actually scale Skills: Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
