Role & responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a 3-month contract to support our Engagement 2.0 initiative-a comprehensive redesign of our contact center aimed at modernizing technology and enhancing workflows for segmentation, campaigns, and patient outreach. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data analysis, reporting, and technical enablement, working cross-functionally with our marketing and patient engagement teams to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. • Query and wrangle data from platforms including Databricks and Salesforce. • Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting tables in Power BI and Excel-supporting decision-making for marketing, patient engagement, and executive audiences. • Build and maintain analytics focused on segmentation model outputs, campaign performance, patient outreach journeys, A/B testing, lifetime value, acquisition cost, patient abrasion, and offer effectiveness. • Collaborate with stakeholders to profile audiences, monitor outcomes, and address strategic business questions. • Ensure high standards of data quality, regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA), security, and integrity. You're a Perfect Match If You Have: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related field. • 3+ years working in data analytics-with a proven track record of actionable insights for healthcare or marketing teams. • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and communication of complex analytics to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with healthcare analytics, value-based care, segmentation, and campaign measurement. • Databricks, Salesforce, Power BI, Excel • SQL required; Python preferred; experience with R, Athena, and related reporting tools a plus. The Offer Newfire Global is committed to consistent compensation practices across our organization. Total compensation for this role is market driven, with a salary of $80 to $120 per hour. Base pay is ultimately determined based on a candidate's skills, expertise, and experience. Offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background screening.
