Full Description

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for leading and executing all aspects of the human resources function across the organization. This role will oversee the full HR lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, payroll, compliance, and HR systems. The Manager of HR partners closely with leadership and employees to support business goals through thoughtful people strategies and operational excellence. HR Strategy & Leadership • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and company values. • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, employee engagement, and workforce planning. • Lead HR-related initiatives that support growth, retention, and company culture. Recruiting & Talent Management • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to attract, hire, and retain top talent. • Drive performance management and employee development processes, including reviews, goal setting, and growth planning. • Manage new hire onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure consistent and positive employee experience. Payroll & Benefits Administration • Own payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely compensation in partnership with Finance. • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for enrollment, changes, and vendor relations. • Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment, tax, and benefit regulations. Employee Relations & Compliance • Promote a respectful, inclusive, and legally compliant workplace culture. • Handle employee relations issues with discretion, professionalism, and fairness. • Maintain employee handbook, policies, and procedures; ensuring compliance with changing local, state, and federal employment laws. HR Operations & Systems • Maintain and optimize the HRIS (currently Rippling) for efficiency and data accuracy. • Provide reporting and analytics to support decision-making and monitor key HR metrics. • Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures. • Perform other position-related duties as assigned. Requirements: • 10 years or more of progressive HR experience, including experience in a business partner or HR leadership role • Proven ability to think strategically, aligning HR initiatives with overarching business goals and driving organizational performance at an executive level • Exceptional consultative skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders, providing strategic insights that drive HR initiatives and organizational effectiveness. • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach that fosters teamwork and builds strong relationships across all levels of the organization. • A proactive and visionary approach to shaping HR practices, with a passion for driving change, fostering innovation, and enhancing employee experience. • Excellent teambuilding skills with the ability to attract, develop, and retain a high-performing team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions and measure the success of HR initiatives. • This position will be performed in an office setting in usual office working conditions and typically exposed to office noises and interruptions. While performing the duties of this position, the individual is regularly required to sit, use hands to grip, handle, and feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The individual is occasionally required to stand and walk. The individual may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
