Responsibilities: ✔ Oversee and manage patient scheduling across multiple locations, ensuring provider efficiency and patient satisfaction using Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental or similar software. ✔ Lead front office operations, streamlining patient check-in/check-out, documentation accuracy, and workflow coordination. ✔ Be the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, providing clear and compassionate communication regarding treatments, financial policies, and appointment logistics. ✔ Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA regulations. ✔ Coordinate with providers, treatment coordinators, and dental assistants to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care. ✔ Train and mentor junior receptionists and administrative staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and exceptional service. ✔ Optimize scheduling strategies to maximize provider productivity while keeping wait times minimal. Qualifications: ✔ 5+ years of experience in dental reception, front office administration, or a similar senior role. ✔ Proficient in dental office software (Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental). ✔ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and oversee front office staff. ✔ Exceptional problem-solving abilities to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments confidently. ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, patient-first mindset.
