EXCELLENT BENEFITS • Health • Dental • Vision • Fast-growing and innovative company culture with opportunities for career advancement YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR OPERATIONS MANAGER We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily manufacturing and logistics operations at our Alvarado facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with our sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage plant operations including production, inventory, quality control, and distribution • Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives • Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and client services to meet production targets and timelines • Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements across teams • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards • Manage and mentor supervisors and frontline staff • Optimize resource allocation and cost control strategies • Support strategic planning and execution of new product launches REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in consumer goods or chemical production • Strong leadership and team-building skills • Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making • Knowledge of sustainability practices and lean methodologies • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Proficiency with NetSuite is highly preferred for this position. • Proficient in speaking Spanish ABOUT OUR FAMILY AT NEW WAVE GLOBAL New Wave Global is an innovative company that is committed to providing revolutionary cleaning solutions for our customers.
