Join our team and make a lasting impact. As the Senior Director, Facilities Management at New Story, you’ll ensure every space supports learning and growth. You’ll lead a multi-state facilities team responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and inspiring environments across more than 75 sites. This role is ideal for a leader who excels at operational strategy, thrives on driving performance, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service quality and cost efficiency. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or related field, or equivalent experience 5–10 years of progressive experience leading multi-site facilities operations, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role Proven success achieving cost savings through preventive maintenance and operational optimization Strong knowledge of CMMS and facilities management systems, budgeting, and vendor management Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills What You’ll Do Lead a team of regional managers and maintenance professionals across over 75 locations Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs that improve reliability and control costs. Oversee facility budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and compliance Monitor performance metrics and optimize work order processes for speed and efficiency Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all facilities.
