Receptionist / PCC New Smiles Dental Studio We are excited to announce that our dental practice in the Highland, CA community is growing. Due to this growth, we are in need of new team members. We are a highly committed team of dental professionals who are dedicated to providing quality care to all our patients. We are looking for an experienced Front Office Receptionist / PCC to join our team at our beautiful, state-of-the-art dental practice in Highland, CA. As a Front Office Receptionist / PCC, you will manage patients' full cycle from scheduling appointments to getting seen in the office. You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment while delivering outstanding customer service. If you have an upbeat personality, positive attitude, and work well in a team environment we are looking for you! Duties & Responsibilities: Discuss treatment options, establish schedules, and prepare financial arrangements with patients. • Enter and track patient treatment plans in the computer system (Dentrix Ascend) • Monitor patient progress and report patient status to dentist • Knowledge of various insurance plans, eligibility, manuals, exclusions and limitations. • Ensure that all acceptance forms (predeterminations to third-party benefit providers) have been submitted and that patients have been notified of their status and financial responsibilities. • Manage consultation reports and progress. • The ability to complete all tasks and duties assigned to front office personnel. • Actively participate as a contributing member of the office staff team to achieve patient satisfaction and performance metrics. Qualifications: Preferably, some dental front office experience, but no dental experience needed. Will train. • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Dental software experience is a plus • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Pay/Benefits: • Salary Range: competitive hourly rate; commensurate with experience. • Benefits: after 90 days (Matching 401k); 2 weeks PTO, Sick Pay, Employee dental services discount. • 3-day work week (Tue-Thurs) If you are interested in joining forces with a dental team that focuses on personal growth and commitment to our patients, we urge you to apply.
