About the Role We are seeking a highly accomplished legal and strategic advisor with deep expertise in copyright, intellectual property, and entertainment law to guide the company’s major initiatives in the U.S. entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities Provide expert legal counsel on copyright, IP, and entertainment matters. Advise on business and investment strategies, particularly in complex transactions involving IP assets. Lead or support negotiations on large-scale copyright deals, especially between internet companies and film/television studios. Help the company build direct channels with major copyright companies and rights holders. Serve as a trusted strategic partner in shaping the company’s presence in Hollywood and the broader U.S. entertainment industry. Requirements J.D. degree from a U.S. law school and valid license. 5+ years of practice in copyright, intellectual property, and entertainment law. Established reputation and strong professional network in Hollywood and the U.S. entertainment industry. Familiarity with industry associations, guilds, and leading studios/distributors. Proven expertise in capital markets, M&A, and structuring transactions involving copyright/IP assets. Track record of direct negotiations with major copyright companies and rights holders.
