Requires 2+ years of digital marketing experience with social media advertising focus, proven KPI achievement, strong client communication, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities • Brand Partnership and Performance Management: Proactively manage and deepen advertising partnerships with designated brand clients, serving as their trusted advertising optimization consultant. Develop a deep understanding of each client’s marketing objectives, KPIs (e.g., sales, ROAS, CPA), and industry characteristics to tailor and execute high-impact advertising strategies. • Advertising Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with brands to ensure their provided advertising materials (creatives, copy, landing pages) align with platform best practices and effectively drive sales. • Multi-Channel Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement monthly/quarterly digital marketing plans across search engines, social media, content, email, and other channels. • Content and Social Media Management: Plan highly engaging social media content (graphics/videos) and manage brand social accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM, produce data reports, and provide optimization recommendations. Design automated email marketing workflows (e.g., welcome emails, promotions) to enhance user retention and conversion rates. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, and sales teams to ensure marketing content aligns with business objectives. Qualifications Experience Requirements • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media advertising and content marketing. • Existing resources in brand partnerships, new media operations, brand advertising channels, celebrity endorsements, concerts, and music festivals. • Proven track record of directly driving business KPIs such as sales and ROAS. • Exceptional client communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage professionally with brand representatives at all levels. • Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret key metrics (CTR, conversion rate, ROI) and optimize strategies accordingly. • Language proficiency: Fluency in English (required for creating English content and analyzing overseas market data).
