Job Title: Telephone Service Representative Company Overview: New Partners Teleservices LLC is a Minnesota-based call center specializing in non-profit and political fundraising. We partner with a diverse range of clients across the country to support their outreach and fundraising efforts through professional and compassionate telephone communication. Role Overview: As a Telephone Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with donors and supporters to help advance the missions of our clients. This position offers both full-time and part-time work-from-home opportunities exclusively for Minnesota residents. What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters to raise funds for non-profit and political campaigns. - You will engage in meaningful conversations to educate callers about the causes and encourage their participation. - You will maintain accurate records of calls and donor information using our CRM systems. - You will meet or exceed daily and weekly fundraising goals. - You will provide excellent customer service and represent our clients professionally. - You will participate in ongoing training to improve communication and fundraising skills. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize call strategies. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or fundraising. - You have excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. - You are a Minnesota resident, as this position is only open to candidates living in Minnesota. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with non-profit or political fundraising. - Familiarity with CRM software and data entry. - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. - Previous remote work experience.
