Job Title: Telephone Service Representative Company Overview: New Partners Teleservices LLC is a Minnesota-based call center specializing in non-profit and political fundraising. We partner with a diverse range of clients across the country to support their outreach and fundraising efforts through professional and compassionate communication. Role Overview: As a Telephone Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with donors and supporters to help advance the missions of our clients. This position offers both full-time and part-time work-from-home opportunities exclusively for Minnesota residents. What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters to raise funds for non-profit and political campaigns. - You will engage in meaningful conversations to educate and inform callers about client missions and goals. - You will maintain accurate records of calls and donor information using our CRM systems. - You will meet or exceed daily and weekly fundraising targets. - You will provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call strategies and outcomes. - You will participate in training sessions to stay updated on client information and fundraising techniques. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role. - You have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You have basic computer skills and experience using CRM or call management software. - You are a Minnesota resident eligible to work from home. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in non-profit or political fundraising. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. - Previous experience working remotely.
