Job Title: Telephone Service Representative Company Overview: New Partners Teleservices LLC is a Minnesota-based call center specializing in non-profit and political fundraising. We partner with a diverse range of clients across the country to support their outreach and fundraising efforts through professional and compassionate telephone communication. Role Overview: As a Telephone Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with donors and supporters to help advance the missions of our clients. This position offers both full-time and part-time work-from-home opportunities exclusively for Minnesota residents. What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters to raise funds for non-profit and political campaigns. - You will engage in meaningful conversations to educate callers about the causes and encourage their participation. - You will maintain accurate records of calls and donor information using our CRM systems. - You will meet or exceed daily and weekly fundraising goals. - You will provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call strategies and outcomes. - You will adhere to all compliance and privacy regulations related to fundraising calls. What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or fundraising. - You possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. - You demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with non-profit or political fundraising. - Familiarity with CRM software. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous work-from-home experience.
