Job Title: Telephone Service Representative Company Overview: New Partners Teleservices LLC is a Minnesota-based call center specializing in non-profit and political fundraising. We partner with various clients nationwide to support their outreach and fundraising efforts through professional and compassionate communication. Role Overview: As a Telephone Service Representative, you will be the voice of our clients, engaging with donors and supporters to promote their causes. This role is essential in building strong relationships and driving successful fundraising campaigns. What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters to raise funds for non-profit and political campaigns. - You will provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy. - You will maintain accurate records of calls and donor information using our CRM system. - You will meet or exceed daily and weekly fundraising goals. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call strategies and outcomes. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your communication and fundraising skills. - You will adhere to all company policies and compliance regulations during calls. What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role. - You possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote work environment. - You have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. - You are a Minnesota resident, as this position requires local residency. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in fundraising or political campaign outreach. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages. - Previous experience working from home. - Familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
