Job Title: Telephone Service Representative Company Overview: New Partners Teleservices LLC is a Minnesota-based call center specializing in non-profit and political fundraising. We partner with various clients across the country to support their outreach and fundraising efforts through professional and compassionate telephone communication. Role Overview: As a Telephone Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with donors and supporters to help advance the missions of our clients. This position offers both full-time and part-time work-from-home opportunities exclusively for Minnesota residents. What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters to raise funds for non-profit and political campaigns. - You will engage in meaningful conversations to educate callers about the causes and encourage their participation. - You will maintain accurate records of calls and donor information in our database. - You will meet or exceed daily and weekly fundraising goals. - You will provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call strategies. - You will adhere to all compliance and privacy regulations during calls. What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, fundraising, or customer service. - You possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You have basic computer skills and can navigate databases efficiently. - You demonstrate empathy and a positive attitude when speaking with diverse individuals. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with political or non-profit fundraising. - Familiarity with CRM software. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous remote work experience.
