Job Title: Telephone Service Representative Company Overview: New Partners Teleservices LLC is a Minnesota-based call center specializing in non-profit and political fundraising. We partner with a diverse range of clients across the country to support their outreach and fundraising efforts through professional and compassionate telephone communication. Role Overview: As a Telephone Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with donors and supporters to help advance the missions of our clients. This position offers both full-time and part-time work-from-home opportunities exclusively for Minnesota residents. What You'll Do: - You will engage with potential donors and supporters to communicate the goals and needs of our non-profit and political clients. - You will handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring a positive experience for every contact. - You will accurately record donor information and contributions in our database. - You will meet or exceed daily and weekly call and fundraising targets. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of client campaigns and fundraising strategies. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call techniques and outcomes. - You will adhere to all company policies and compliance regulations during calls. What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or fundraising. - You possess excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. - You are a Minnesota resident, as this position is limited to candidates within the state. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in non-profit or political fundraising. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages in Minnesota. - Strong persuasive skills and a passion for helping causes. - Experience working in a call center environment.
