Job Title: Telephone Service Representative Company Overview: New Partners Teleservices LLC is a Minnesota-based call center specializing in non-profit and political fundraising. We partner with a diverse range of clients across the country to support their outreach and fundraising efforts through professional and compassionate telephone communication. Role Overview: As a Telephone Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with donors and supporters to help advance the missions of our clients. This position offers both full-time and part-time work-from-home opportunities exclusively for Minnesota residents. What You'll Do: - You will engage with potential donors and supporters via telephone to promote non-profit and political fundraising campaigns. - You will provide clear, courteous, and professional communication to represent our clients effectively. - You will maintain accurate records of calls and donor information using our CRM systems. - You will meet or exceed daily and weekly call and fundraising goals. - You will handle donor inquiries and provide information about the causes and campaigns. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call strategies and outcomes. - You will adhere to all compliance and privacy regulations related to fundraising calls. What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or fundraising. - You possess excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. - You are a Minnesota resident, as this position is only open to candidates living in Minnesota.
