Job Title: Telephone Service Representative Company Overview: New Partners Teleservices LLC is a Minnesota-based call center specializing in non-profit and political fundraising. We partner with a diverse range of clients across the country to support their outreach and fundraising efforts through professional and compassionate telephone communication. Role Overview: As a Telephone Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential donors and supporters to advance the missions of our clients. This position offers both full-time and part-time work-from-home opportunities exclusively for Minnesota residents. What You'll Do: - You will make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters on behalf of non-profit and political clients. - You will engage in meaningful conversations to educate and motivate individuals to contribute to important causes. - You will maintain accurate records of calls and donor information using our CRM systems. - You will meet or exceed daily and weekly call and fundraising goals. - You will provide excellent customer service and represent our clients professionally. - You will participate in ongoing training to improve communication and fundraising skills. - You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize call strategies. What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or fundraising. - You possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. - You are a Minnesota resident, eligible to work from home within the state. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in non-profit or political fundraising. - Familiarity with CRM software and data entry. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - A positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection.
