As our Westlake Village studio continues to grow, we are looking for a Studio Manager who brings warmth, professionalism, and a strong drive to help families begin their journey with us. Role Overview The Program Manager is the heartbeat of our Westlake Village location, leading both sales performance and daily operations. This role is responsible for nurturing leads, driving enrollments, and supporting the studio in meeting monthly revenue goals. The ideal candidate is an engaging communicator who thrives in a customer-facing role and has a natural ability to build trust with expecting and new moms. This is a part-time role estimated at 25 hours per week depending on studio needs, and may ramp up to additional hours. Key Responsibilities Sales and Enrollment Management Own the full sales pipeline from inquiry to enrollment Respond quickly, warmly, and professionally to new leads through text, email, and phone Guide prospective moms through our program structure, pricing, and class availability Conduct consultation calls to support informed, confident enrollment decisions Track and manage all leads and conversions within studio CRM Hit monthly enrollment and revenue goals with consistency Monitor conversion trends and collaborate on solutions to increase performance Support key sales pushes including pre-sale periods, new cohort launches, and seasonal campaigns Communicate and manage payment plan options within studio guidelines Lead Generation and Events Coordinate all lead generation events including monthly Bumps and Bagels or other external community events Manage event logistics, attendee follow-up, and on-site execution Partner with local organizations, birth professionals, and community groups to expand reach Track event attendance and conversions to strengthen the studio’s sales pipeline Contribute to a predictable, high-quality event rhythm each month Studio Operations Support scheduling, roster updates, and communication with instructors Maintain studio readiness so the space is always clean, safe, and welcoming Monitor inventory, supplies, and retail needs Ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting Community and Brand Presence Represent New Mom School Westlake Village with warmth and professionalism Build meaningful relationships with expecting parents and local partners Uphold NMS brand standards across communications, events, and in-studio interactions Assist with content capture or social media coordination as needed What Success Looks Like Meeting or exceeding monthly enrollment and revenue goals Quick, thoughtful communication that builds strong relationships with prospective moms Well-managed lead generation events that create a healthy sales pipeline Organized, smooth studio operations with positive team collaboration Growing brand awareness and community engagement in Westlake Village Qualifications Prior sales or customer experience preferred Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills Organized and consistent with follow-through Capable in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment Comfortable with technology and learning new systems (Momence, CRM platforms, G Suite) Passionate about supporting moms during pregnancy and postpartum Schedule and Compensation Part time, about 25 hours per week Hybrid work location with ability to work onsite at the studio at least 50% of the time Competitive hourly rate with bonus or commission opportunities Occasional weekend event support required Flexible work from home options available.
