One of our clients in Texas is urgently looking for a FHIR Full Stack Engineer. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in FHIR APIs, React, Node.js, and a modern cloud-based technology stack, and will play a key role in building secure, high-performance systems. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain FHIR-compliant REST APIs and healthcare integrations • Build responsive, high-quality front-end applications using React • Develop scalable backend services using Node.js • Architect and deploy solutions on a modern cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) • Ensure application security, performance, and scalability • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications Required Skills & Qualifications Over 6-7 years of experience in full-stack development with strong hands-on experience with: • FHIR APIs / HL7 standards • React.js (including hooks, state management) • Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred) • Experience with RESTful API design and integration • Solid understanding of cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) • Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience in healthcare or life sciences domains • Knowledge of security and compliance (HIPAA, OAuth2, OpenID Connect) • Experience with TypeScript and modern testing frameworks
