Highlights • Manage daily and cyclical administration of Slate CRM for Undergraduate Admissions. • Customize Slate workflows, queries, rules, and communication campaigns. • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure data integrity on the Slate platform. • Collaborate with cross-functional admissions teams to identify and implement process improvements. • Research and adopt new Slate features to enhance workflow efficiency. • Required education includes an Associate's degree with 4 years relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years relevant experience. • Compensation range: $53,165.80 - $62,000.00 per year. • Full-time exempt position with a standard Monday-Friday work schedule. • Position is part of the Student Success & Enrollment Management division, specifically within Undergraduate Admissions & Orientation. • Work is conducted primarily in a typical office environment with minimal physical effort required.
