Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and agencies to drive group sales, conduct presentations and trainings, support enrollments and renewals, and represent the company at events.
Must have 215 license, bilingual in English/Spanish, 2+ years in health insurance or group sales preferred, strong communication and presentation skills, and ability to travel locally.
The Group Sales Field Representative is responsible for developing strong relationships with agencies, brokers, and employer groups. This role is highly field-focused-meeting with agencies, hosting presentations, attending enrollments, supporting renewals, and driving new group sales opportunities. What you will be doing: Agency & Broker Engagement: • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and brokers within assigned territories. • Conduct onsite and virtual training sessions on group medical, ICHRA, GAP, dental, vision, and ancillary offerings. • Identify opportunities to grow production across group lines and increase broker engagement. Sales & Business Development: • Prospect and support new group opportunities through brokers and agencies. • Attend enrollment meetings, open enrollments, and employer presentations. • Assist brokers with plan design comparisons, funding strategy conversations, and renewal strategies. • Track sales pipeline activity, quoting volumes, and closed business metrics. Marketing & Field Support: • Represent the organization at broker events, community meetings, health fairs, NABIP events, and carrier functions. • Deliver polished, bilingual presentations (preferred). • Distribute marketing materials, product guides, benefit summaries, and field announcements. Carrier & Internal Coordination: • Work closely with group sales directors, underwriting partners, and carrier reps to • support quoting, strategy, and case positioning. • Provide market feedback to leadership on trends, competitor activity, and broker needs. Service & Retention Support: • Assist with renewal reviews, benefit changes, and proactive retention strategies. • Support brokers in gathering required documents for quoting, onboarding, or renewals. • Maintain visibility with existing groups to ensure high client and broker satisfaction. Requirements: • Must have 215 license • Bilingual required Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in health insurance, group sales, or employee benefits (preferred). • Strong understanding of group medical, ancillaries, and ICHRA concepts (preferred). • Comfortable with fieldwork, presentations, and meeting brokers face-to-face. • Strong communication and public speaking skills; bilingual English/Spanish highly • preferred. • Reliable transportation; ability to travel within South Florida. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and presentation tools. Salary: $70-85k Schedule: • 9-5 with occasional weekend events. • Hybrid/remote possible after 90 days. January start date
