Digital Publishing & Growth Enablement • Content Infrastructure: Oversee publishing workflows for digital content (landing pages, gated content, learning tools) and support launches for new titles and digital initiatives. • Conversion Optimization: Identify technical opportunities to improve UX, discoverability, and conversion paths (CRO), specifically targeting "Buy" and "Subscribe" actions. • Compliance: Ensure all digital products and tracking architectures are "privacy first" and compliant with GDPR/CCPA. 4. Analytics & Insight Leadership • Reporting Ownership: Own Google Analytics and performance dashboards, translating complex data into clear recommendations for leadership and marketing teams. • Best Practices: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and automation tools to proactively introduce process improvements that improve targeting and personalization. • Internal Training: Support stakeholders with platform training, documentation, and digital best practices. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Conversion Growth: Increase "Buy" conversion rate on NHP.com by 15-20% YOY and "Subscribe" rates by 20% through UX and funnel optimization. • Site Performance: Maintain Core Web Vitals benchmarks on 90% of high-traffic pages. • Data Integrity: Achieve 95%+ accuracy in lead source attribution and cross-platform data synchronization. • Vendor ROI: Measurable improvement in output-per-dollar spent on external development agencies. Qualifications • Experience: 5+ years managing digital platforms, CMSs, or web products. Experience in publishing, media, or education is strongly preferred. • Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of the modern web (HTML/CSS/JS) and API logic; ability to audit code and technical requirements provided by external agencies. • Expert Toolset: Mastery of GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and CRM/Automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Vendor Management: Proven track record of running sprints and managing roadmaps with external or distributed engineering teams. • Education: Degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience with a heavy technical focus.
