You’ll work directly with attorneys and clients to prepare filings, manage deadlines, and ensure accuracy in complex immigration petitions. This isn’t just administrative support. It’s mission-driven legal work that changes lives and careers for professionals and families seeking new opportunities in the United States. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and draft employment-based immigration filings, including PERM labor certifications, NIW petitions, and EB1 petitions. • Assist attorneys in case strategy, evidence collection, and document review. • Manage deadlines, filings, and case progress across multiple employment-based matters. • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, answering questions and gathering necessary documentation. • Conduct research to support case preparation and client advising. • Maintain accurate case records and track progress in firm systems. • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely filings and compliance with immigration regulations. • Deliver exceptional bilingual (Spanish/English) client service and support. Competencies • Expertise in PERM, NIW, and EB1 processes • Case Preparation & Immigration Filings • Client Communication & Service Orientation • Research & Evidence Gathering • Organization & Deadline Management • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking • Attention to Detail & Accuracy • Bilingual Fluency (Spanish/English) Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required; legal or paralegal training strongly preferred. • Minimum 2+ years of experience with employment-based immigration law (PERM, NIW, EB1 required). • Proven ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy and efficiency. • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to deadlines. • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal). • Reliable home office setup (high-speed internet, computer, headset, camera). • Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Phoenix, AZ time).
