Lead and optimize a centralized Sales Center of Excellence, managing teams and processes to improve sales productivity and compliance across multiple departments.
Require 10+ years in sales operations or related fields with hands-on CRM leadership, experience managing large teams, process design expertise, and strong cross-functional communication skills.
Job Description: • Lead centralized Sales Center of Excellence (CoE) driving efficiency and productivity. • Empower Account Executives by improving productivity in customer acquisition and renewals. • Oversee multi-level operations team managing intake, quoting, order forms, and contract administration. • Maintain HubSpot data standards and ensure compliance documentation for Finance. • Assemble Sales Support and Renewal Specialist teams, implementing effective staffing models. • Partner with Sales, CS, Finance, Legal, and Marketing across complex transactions. Requirements: • 10+ years in Sales Operations/Renewals/Deal Support/Order Management. • 5+ years leading large teams (25+). • Required: Hands-on leadership with CRMs (pipelines, properties, workflows, dashboards). • Proven track record owning renewals transactions at scale across multiple segments. • Experience building SLAs, queues, QA programs, and strong process design (Lean/Six Sigma/ITIL helpful). • Comfortable with revenue policies, discount governance, approvals, and audit-friendly documentation. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights. • Clear, concise communicator; proven cross-functional influence with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT.
